Bailey is known for her love of unique moves. In this workshop you will learn moves that create beautiful and interesting shapes, and at times have you in a few awkward positions! Get ready to take your heels off because feet on pole is definitely required!

Hypnotic Flow (click to book)

3pm-4:30pm (QLD) 90mins

$75

Learn to create liquid, hypnotic movement, even if you don't have crazy flexibility like Daria or Eva. You will learn how to position your body correctly, and manipulate it to create hypnotic illusions, whilst making it all look effortless. Put all of your skills together in a routine that will get you working up a sweat.
